As a component of our quantitative test, we measured System Usability Scale (SUS) that indicates perceived usability of the product. With an average SUS score of ~68 across products, our score of 80 places the app well above industry benchmarks, sitting right on the border between good and excellent usability. This demonstrates strong user confidence in the design.
